Paddling pool at La Pomme de Pin camp site
(Saint Hilaire de Riez, Vendée, France)
The creation of this paddling pool is the result of Pomme de Pin camp site’s trust in EDSUN, since they have worked together on several projects.
This paddling pool is on the theme of nature. It was created to offer children a place to cool off in summer and a structure to entertain them.
Little ones can douse themselves with tipping buckets, cannons, water mills, jets, and of course slides.
Our partner Apiloti, which takes care of the creation of pool toys, worked with EDSUN on this structure.
La Pomme de Pin Camp Site already trusted us…
A large open-air play area was installed in 2020. It includes a variety of structures to cater to children of all ages.
In keeping with the fishing theme, cottages on stilts overlook the warm sand. Plenty of toys are incorporated into the décor for the children’s enjoyment.
One side contains toys and games for the littlest ones (6 months to 6 years). These include the simplest games such as an abacus, a puzzle, a tunnel and a market set.
Another space contains more complex agility games for children from 3 to 14 years: rope nets, suspension bridge, ladder, sliding mat, rope tunnel, activity panels…
Construction of several slides over the years
The camp site enlisted us for the first time in 2006 with a 3-track Slide’TOB. This slide is integrated into an imitation stone surround to blend in more easily into its environment.
A second slide was added in 2019: an Aquatube. It has the unique feature of adding light effects when sliding through the covered parts. To complete the ensemble, a custom metal structure with the appearance of a lighthouse leads us to the top of the slide.
Indoor games for poor-weather days
EDSUN installed indoor games at La Pomme de Pin camp site, with the goal of keeping children sheltered and occupied when the weather outside doesn’t allow it.
This very colourful indoor play area is very entertaining for children who need to expend their energy!
